Madden 25 is slated for release on Friday, August 16, with early access available from Tuesday, August 13, for those who opt for the Deluxe Edition or MVP Bundle.
The game’s standard edition is priced at $69.99, while the Deluxe Edition will cost $99.99. For dedicated fans, the MVP Bundle, which includes the Deluxe Edition of the upcoming College Football 25, will be available at $149.99.
Gameplay innovations
One of the standout features in Madden 25 is “Boom Tech,” a revamped tackling system designed to incorporate real-world physics into the game.
This update ensures that tackling dynamics are more realistic, with outcomes influenced by player ratings, timing, and the physical momentum leading up to the hit. In addition, the game has expanded its roster of signature styles, allowing players to experience more accurate representations of their favorite athletes, from how they run to how they catch passes.

Franchise Mode makes a return, allowing players to take control of their favorite team, guiding them from the draft to the Super Bowl as an owner, coach, and GM.
